"I would like to comment on our recent experience with Engle Motors. This was the third BMW we have purchased from Engle, the first being about 25 years ago. We purchased a new 2009, F650GS twin for my wife. We had been in the dealership about 3 times looking at different bikes over a 2 month period. The first few times Peter was assisting us in picking out a bike. There was never any pressure to buy, he always seemed happy to answer questions and take all the time we needed. The last time we came in we were ready to test ride. That day Pat was assisting us, just like Peter in the past, no pressure on us to purchase, just helping as needed. We decided on the bike, went home, got the check book, came back and rode away with a new red BMW.
We have worked with most of the parts department personnel along with some of the service department personnel. They are always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Glenys in service is especially good about keeping you informed when your bike is in for service or repair.
We could not be happier with how we have been treated or the entire experience we have had in dealing with Engle. They are a quality dealership with quality people, parts and service.

"I took a 6 hour trip to get to Engle's. Initiated contact via E mail's. Our conversation, comments,statements were all kept and true. I purchased a brand new K1200GT, and have never looked back, have 1850 miles on bike in just 5 weeks!! Considering all the wet and cool weather since mid March, Ive laid some highway down behind me. Also would like to add, Engle's is the 3rd BEEMER dealer Ive been to, and ALL the beemer dealers have VERY freindly, helpful, informational, and just all around great!! At my 600 mile service there was an issue with a seal, the dealer didnt have the part on hand, but got one off a bike on the show floor, saving me a motel bill and allowing me to go back with my new GT, 5 days later, as promised a brand new seal arrived on my doorstep. Engle's THANKS FOR IT ALL!!! and thanks ya B M W !!!!!!!!!"

"This was my first purchase of a motorcycle and came in knowing that it was going to be a Triumph. Had some ideas in mind and while I was looking at the models, Peter came over and asked if I needed anything. From that point on, it was smooth sailing. Ended up getting a Bonneville in black and we went from there. Peter and Deb were top notch. Quick on the answers and knowing exactly what was going on all the time. Only issue I have had was with the tank pads I got as an accessory. They fell off after one day. Called Peter and at the 500 mile service going to install a new set. Couldn't be happier with the bike, the service I got from Peter and Deb, and the envy I have from my mates on the new Bonnie. Thanks Engle!"

"My only concern is that we purchased the 08 Triumph America, accessorizing at the time of purchase, and the 3 accessories purchased still haven't arrived at the store. If Triumph can't support their dealers with authorized accessories then what's the point in ordering/purchasing them. 21+ days seems excessive to me. "

"I recently purchased a 2002 motorcycle from Engles Motors. A beautiful BMW K1200RS. I understood that the bike was purchased without warranty. The motorcycle devloped a problem within the 1st month I had it. Which turned out to be quite costly. Without hesitation Engles Motors took the bike into their shop repaired it and returned it to me in perfect working order. At no additional cost to me with the explanation that it was the right thing to do. In my experience it is rare to find a company display this amount of integrity. "Being new to the World of British Motor cycles, I was a little apprehensive about buying a bike that is not main stream. Finding customer oriented local service for such bikes is a gamble. "I have never had as good of an experience at any dealer as I had w/ Engle Motors getting my K11RS serviced. I hauled my bike 250 miles and couldn't be happier. Chuck was outstanding to start my experience w/ and Bob I could tell was a great technician. He got everything done I asked about, and pointed out a couple issues on the horizon. He talked to my girlfriend and I as equals and we both walked away totally impressed w/ everything about your dealership. "I was treated like an old friend who had just stopped in. Bobbie and the entire staff made me and my family feel quite comfortable.
When I brought the bike back in to have an accessory put on (without an appointment), the service staff went out of their way to ensure the job would be done. It says alot about customer appreciation when these guys do their best to satisfy.
I have been reccomending Engle Motors to all of my friends, who knows...maybe one will buy a bike from you. Then again maybe they wont, and me and the RocketIII will go on turning heads everywhere we go. Thanks Guys

"I've been doing business with Engle Motors since 1994 and can truly say that all departments do an "Outstanding Job". The staff truly understands "Customer Care". Heck, the only reason I don't buy another new one is that they've keep my current bike, a 99 R1100RA SE, in perfect shape.
