Chuck was outstanding to start my experience w/ and Bob I could tell was a great technician. He got everything done I asked about, and pointed out a couple issues on the horizon. "I was treated like an old friend who had just stopped in. Bobbie and the entire staff made me and my family feel quite comfortable.
When I brought the bike back in to have an accessory put on (without an appointment), the service staff went out of their way to ensure the job would be done. It says alot about customer appreciation when these guys do their best to satisfy.
I have been reccomending Engle Motors to all of my friends, who knows...maybe one will buy a bike from you. Then again maybe they wont, and me and the RocketIII will go on turning heads everywhere we go. Thanks Guys

"I recently acquired an R 1150 R Rockster that Engle sold new in 2004. I was curious about the maintenance record for this motorcycle and in particular whether it received its 600-mile service. Chuck was extremely helpful and was quickly able to determine that this service was done and that there were no service bulletins from BMW on this model. "I've been doing business with Engle Motors since 1994 and can truly say that all departments do an "Outstanding Job". The staff truly understands "Customer Care". I've purchased 2 BMW'S from Engle Motors, as well as all my accessories and service work. Heck, the only reason I don't buy another new one is that they've keep my current bike, a 99 R1100RA SE, in perfect shape. It doesn't suprise me that they're celebrating they're 50th Anniversay as they make the experience of Motorcycle Ownership a joy.
