The front wheel location/suspension consists of upside-down telescopic forks with a 46 mm fixed-fork-tube diameter. The rear wheel location/suspension consists of a cast aluminum single swing arm with BMW Motorrad Paralever, a central spring strut with a spring preload fully adjustable by handwheel, and an adjustable rebound-stage damping. With a seat height of 31.7 inches, the R nineT offers a comfortable ride that is perfect for any rider.
The R nineT comes equipped with twin-disc brakes, a diameter of 12.6 inches, and 4-piston calipers to ensure safe and efficient braking. The rear brake is a single-disc brake with a diameter of 10.4 inches and a double-piston floating caliper. The motorcycle also includes an LED headlight and turn signals, a dual-speed indicator, and a rational-speed sensor instrument with onboard computer content.

The engine’s bore x stroke is 4.0 inches x 2.9 inches, with a capacity of 1,170 cc. The bike’s rated output is 109 hp at 7,250 rpm, and the maximum torque is 85.5 lbs-ft at 6,000 rpm. The clutch is a single dry plate clutch that is hydraulically operated, and the bike features a claw-shifted six-speed transmission with helical-cut splines and a shaft drive.
