“At the end of July, a friend and I were on a 1000 mile trip looping through KC. Riding a K1200LT late Friday night I felt the front lever get spongy. I checked and I did indeed have a broken line. I called Engle Motors at 9 AM on a Saturday morning from St Joseph. They told me to ride it down and they would see what they could do. What a wonderful experience. We got there at 1030 and they squeezed me in. They didn’t have a part in stock but they did have a salvage bike they were able to scavenge a brake like from. I was back on the road by 2 and finished out my trip uneventfully, thanks to Engle. They were patient and explained what they were doing and offered alternatives. What a wonderful experience. “On April 2nd, I was heading on a 2600 mile journey on my ’02 KLT. A friend and myself had installed new throttle cables the week prior but I had not had the bike out until the day I was leaving. When I was out on the bike that morning, I noticed my cruise control didn’t work. After seeing I would have to remove the plastic to get to the adjustment, I call Engle at approximately 1130 on a Saturday and they told me to be there after 1:00 that day. They squeezed me in, adjusted my throttle cable so my cruise would work, lubed my J-pegs when they re-installed and sent my on my way with a small labor charge. That is A+++ customer service from a 5-star service department and dealership. You made my 8 day-2600 mile journey relaxing. Thanks for all you do, Barry Thomas”

“I would like to comment on our recent experience with Engle Motors. This was the third BMW we have purchased from Engle, the first being about 25 years ago. We purchased a new 2009, F650GS twin for my wife. We had been in the dealership about 3 times looking at different bikes over a 2 month period. The first few times Peter was assisting us in picking out a bike. There was never any pressure to buy, he always seemed happy to answer questions and take all the time we needed. The last time we came in we were ready to test ride. That day Pat was assisting us, just like Peter in the past, no pressure on us to purchase, just helping as needed. We decided on the bike, went home, got the check book, came back and rode away with a new red BMW. We have worked with most of the parts department personnel along with some of the service department personnel. They are always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. “This was my first purchase of a motorcycle and came in knowing that it was going to be a Triumph. Had some ideas in mind and while I was looking at the models, Peter came over and asked if I needed anything. From that point on, it was smooth sailing.
