Receiving Clerk – Part Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, verify and record incoming merchandise for shipments. Part time hours Tuesday-Friday between 9-6
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – includes the following, but others may be assigned
- Examines shipment contents and compares with records such as invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
- Maintains records of all received shipments.
- Unpacks consolidated shipment deliveries and distributes contents to the right warehouse locations.
- Examines shipment contents and compares with pack slips to verify accuracy.
- Determine shipping methods or routes for materials to be shipped.
Service Writer
Summary
Generates and promotes a positive experience through best practices along with a prompt and dependable quality of service for all new and returning service department clients. Answers and assists with customer’s questions pertaining to the maintenance and service of motorcycles. Gives new and returning clients compelling reasons why they should do business with the dealership and service department. Maintains the service department appearance by keeping the department clean and orderly.
Establish client’s needs, staying focused and attentive while recommending proper service requirements in order to maintain a safe and reliable vehicle. Be proactive with customer follow-up and promote a positive, collaborative team environment.
Triumph Motorcycle Sales Associate
Summary
We are seeking a motivated and brand-driven Triumph Motorcycle Sales Associate to represent the iconic Triumph Motorcycles brand. This role is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, educating riders on Triumph’s performance, heritage, and craftsmanship, and guiding customers through the complete motorcycle ownership journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with a professional, premium-brand experience
- Develop expert knowledge of Triumph motorcycle models, including modern classics, roadsters, adventure, and sport categories
- Educate customers on Triumph’s history, engineering, performance features, and customization options
- Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, riding gear, accessories, and apparel that fit their lifestyle
- Coordinate test rides and provide detailed product demonstrations
- Present financing, warranty, and protection options in partnership with the finance team
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining Triumph brand standards
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, CRM management, and rider community engagement
- Support dealership events, demo days, and Triumph ride experiences
- Maintain showroom presentation aligned with Triumph’s global brand guidelines
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure exceptional post-sale support
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Previous sales experience preferred (motorcycle, automotive, or luxury retail strongly preferred)
- Passion for motorcycles and strong interest in the Triumph brand
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to explain technical features in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Self-motivated with strong closing and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends and events
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and position motorcycles on the showroom floor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Technician
Summary
Job Requirements
- Completion of a formal training program in motorcycle repair preferred
- Several years of experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance preferred
- Experience working with various types of motorcycles and scooters required
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle components, systems, and functions
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills required
- Must have own tools and equipment preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire changes, and tune-ups
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems
- Replace or repair broken or worn components, such as brakes, clutches, and transmissions
- Test motorcycles to ensure proper operation and safety
- Create detailed repair estimates and provide clients with an explanation of necessary repairs
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Associate to join our motorcycle dealership team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for motorcycles, strong customer service skills, and an interest in dealership operations.
The Parts Associate is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with parts inquiries, ordering and receiving inventory, and maintaining an organized and efficient parts department.
Key Responsibilities
